Ralph “Scuba” Dufour | Job Coordinator.  Scuba has successfully completed new home community builds throughout Niagara and Erie counties, hundreds of single and multi-family homes, apartment buildings, condominiums as well as millions of dollars in small commercial construction projects throughout Western New York.  Born and raised in Niagara County, Scuba is highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of the construction process.

Patricia Dufour | Broker in Charge.  A lifelong Niagara County resident, Pat has over 30 years of construction and real estate experience specializing in land procurement and site planning as well as residential and small commercial development.  As Vice President, Pat heads the consulting and project management departments and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with NYS WBE Certification for the firm.
